Please Note: Gluten is considered a significant allergen for some. Our production facility, which houses our bakery, kitchen and produce warehouse, is an open-air facility where flour is easily spread. Due to this, we cannot say that any of our products are free from gluten. Our pastry bakers do make several items with alternative flours. We label these as "Flourless". These are for anyone who are less sensitive to small amounts of gluten or just prefer to consume a bit less flour.
