Preorder FAQs

Did I pay for my entire order online?

If you preordered meat, not quite. A non-refundable $20 deposit is required for all meat orders. The remaining balance, based on the meat's final weight, will be charged at pickup. If you didn’t order meat, you’ve already paid in full.

Does the food come hot?

All meat is uncooked. All Rosemont-made menu items are fully cooked but will need reheating. For tips on cooking and reheating, visit our Reheating Guide.

Are substitutions or customizations available?

We’re unable to accommodate substitutions or special dietary requests for Rosemont-made items. That said, we do offer gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options—please see our menu for details.

When are Valentines menu items available for pickup?

Preordered items will be available on Monday, 3/16/2026 and Tuesday, 3/17/2026.

What is the cancellation policy?

Orders can be changed or canceled up to one week before pickup (Monday, 3/9/2026). Cancellations made with less than one week’s notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to the order total.

Is delivery available?

No, we don’t offer delivery.

What are the market’s holiday hours?

All markets are open regular hours.

How does the pickup process work?

When you arrive, let a staff member know you’re there for your preorder. We recommend checking in at the deli. While your items are being gathered, feel free to browse the market shelves for anything else you’d like to add.

How do I report an issue or provide feedback about my order?

We’re committed to serving the freshest, most flavorful local food. If something isn’t quite right, please contact us at hello@rosemontmarket.com
