Thank you for shopping locally this holiday season!
1. Did I pay for my entire order online?
If you preordered a turkey or other specialty meats, no.

- Thanksgiving: A non-refundable $35 deposit is required for all full bird orders. The remaining cost—based on total weight—will be charged at pickup.
- Christmas: A non-refundable $20 deposit is required for all specialty meat orders. The remaining balance will be charged at pickup.
If you did not purchase meat, you have paid in full.
2. Does the food come hot?
No.
All meats come uncooked, except for Christmas hams which need to just be warmed through.
All Rosemont-made sides, mains, and desserts are fully cooked but require reheating. Visit our Instructions Page for cooking directions and reheating tips.
3. Do the turkeys need to be thawed?
No need to thaw! Our local farms process their turkeys and immediately freeze them for peak freshness. We fully defrost them before pickup, so your turkey will be ready to roast on Thanksgiving.
4. Are substitutions or customizations available?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate substitutions or special dietary requests for any Rosemont-made items.
We do offer gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options—please see our menu for details.
5. When are holiday menu items available for pickup?

6. Is delivery available?
No, we do not offer delivery for holiday preorders.
7. What is the Cancellation Policy?
Customers can change or cancel orders up to 1 week prior to pickup.
- Thanksgiving: Deadline is Tuesday, November 18th
- Christmas: Deadline is Tuesday, December 16th
Orders canceled with less than one week's notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of the order total.
8. What are the market's holiday hours?
Our markets are open regular hours on all days leading up to each holiday.

9. How does pickup work?
When you arrive, let a staff member know you’re there for your preorder.
While we gather your items, feel free to shop the market for any last-minute needs.
10. How do I report an issue or provide feedback?
