Soft and fluffy buns perfect as a dinner roll, for a breakfast sandwich, or for dunking in soup. Our milk buns are made with a technique of precooking the flour and milk on low heat until it turns into a thick paste. The addition of this step helps the bread maintain it’s shelf life and leads to a very moist and soft bread.
