If you preordered poultry, not quite. A non-refundable $35 deposit is required for all full bird orders. The remaining balance, based on the turkey’s final weight, will be charged at pickup. If you didn’t order meat, you’ve already paid in full.

All meat is uncooked. All Rosemont-made menu items are fully cooked but will need reheating. For tips on cooking and reheating, visit our Reheating Guide.

No thawing required! Our local farms freeze turkeys immediately after processing to lock in freshness. They arrive at our market frozen, but we carefully defrost them so they’re ready to roast to perfection on pickup day.

We’re unable to accommodate substitutions or special dietary requests for Rosemont-made items. That said, we do offer gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options—please see our menu for details.

Orders can be changed or canceled up to one week before pickup (Tuesday, 11/18/2025). Cancellations made with less than one week’s notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to the order total.

No, we don’t offer delivery.

All markets are open regular hours on Tuesday 11/25, and open an hour early on Wednesday 11/26. We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday 11/27/2025.

When you arrive, let a staff member know you’re there for your preorder. We recommend checking in at the deli. While your items are being gathered, feel free to browse the market shelves for anything else you’d like to add.
